Need more sources AAAAARGHHHH

I have been useing LW Pro for months now (happily).

But recently i have been getting the "Connecting, followed by Need More Sources", this happens to all files i try to download, even the ones with loads of peers online.

I have installed Java 1.4, I have put the gnutella ip in my tcp & udp of my firewall but still no joy?

Any Ideas
