Need More Sources for foreign language files?

Every file with titled in a foreign languages says it "Needs More Sources". How can I fix this?

Go to your Preferences or for pc that's Tools-Options & 'I think' it's in Advanced, you'll find Locale Preferencing. This allows you to connect to people of same language & culture 1st. Untick this box. This may or may not work & but it could help (in theory it should help!)
