This isn't a problem. You can't expect LW to always have an Excellent or Turbo-charged connection status. The amount of users online is greatly variable because of users going online/offline all the time. Generally, if you leave LW open for awhile, it will connect to more stable hosts and get a better connection status (which doesn't mean that you'll get Turbo-charged, but it's a possibility).

Also, remember that most "stationary" statuses in LW (e.g. Need more sources or Awaiting sources) mean that LW doesn't have enough sources to dld the file and that you're gonna have to find some yourself by running another search.
