Can't download- songs stay QUEUED
 

I have checked my firewall, followed the instructions on the limewire firewalls page, i.e. settings, ports, Gnutella, etc... all took fine, ran a bug report, got "received incoming - true", but songs still stay queued. This is sooooooo frustrating. I'm ready to go back to Kazaa. Can anyone help? Is there a live Limeware phone number?

When you open LW, it's best to wait several mins for LW to settle down before doing anything. Then do a search for the sources of the files you're dwnlding. It's better to manually search for sources than using the resume function. I suspect your LW needs some optimisation. Try this: Tools>Options>Download>Maximum Downloads should have a number higher than 0
