find deleted/killed file names
 

HI, I WAS DOWNLOADING THIS SICK SONG AND IT WAS BOUT 80% DONE, WHEN I WENT BACK IT WAS MISSING. I THINK IT MAY HAVE BEEN DELETED OF KILLED BY MISTAKE AND I DONT KNOW THE NAME OF IT OFF HAND. IS THERE A WAY TO CHECK FOR RECENTLEY DOWNLOADED/KILLED/DELETED FILES? THANX

Hi SKIPPY, just double-check the file hasn't been deleted by physically checking your LW Dwnld folder & incomplete folder. LW Dwnld folder can be located if you go to LW's menu Tools>Options>Saving & this will tell you the name, location & path of the folder. Do a search for it using your OS search engine. You incomplete folder will be located at the same level in the directory (ie: both having the same parent folder.) If you deleted it the question is how & where. If you deleted it from the dwnld pane, it will still be listed in the incomplete folder. If you deleted it from the incomplete folder from the LW Library window, it should still be listed in the dwnld window. I've a suspicion that you have your options set to Auto-Clear Completed Dwnlds right? That means once the file is 100% complete, it disappears from both the dwnld window & the incomplete folder b/c LW has moved it to the LW Dwnld folder. If you share the LW dwndld folder, it will be listed in LW's Library window so keep that in mind for future. If you press on any file in the Lib window & press Explore button, the folder will open up for you.
