 Upload speed No matter what I set my upload speed to (either in Limewire itself or limewire.prefs) it uploads at more. It is set at 10.94 KB/s in limewire itself and 11 in limewire.prefs and it is currently u/l at >20 KB/s. Even whilst set at 10.94 in limewire, the prefs file showed 25 (before I changed it to 11). Something is not right, either intentionally or otherwise! Using v4.2.2  |
