Behind a LAN need help

Iam at school running a fast lan connection. I play games, download from the web and surf very fast but when i try to download from limewire or any other p2p its goes 1 to 2kbs a sec its bad, i need help connfiguring LW.

I think your network administrator is responsible for that and I also believe he is fully aware of it.
