file saving

new user of LW Pro and just finished downloading a file (a largish one) and acidentally deleted it from inside LW is there any way of retrieving it as i can not find it on my hard drive or in my recycle bin

Use a file recovery program like norton utilities or other. Theres's some free ones out there. Just google them.

Be extremely wary of deleting files thru the library.
