What version is your 'kernel32.dll' file? 5.1.2600.2180

Questions:

a) What operating system are you using? Windows 2000
b) What LimeWire version are you using? LimeWire Basic 4.10.9

c) Did downloading ever work before? Never been able to move to library
d) What day did downloading stop working? n/a
e) Did you install any programs or updates (Windows Updates in particular) just before downloads stopped working? no

f) How long is the path to your incomplete/save directory? not very, about 3
g) If you shorten the path (C:\Files\Saved) does it start working? no
h) What drive is the save directory on? C:\
i) Is the save directory on an internal or external drive? internal
j) Do you have many files that you are downloading? no

k) Does the problem appear when you click on a search result to start downloading, or only after you've restarted LimeWire and it resumes old downloads? i just cant get the songs into library on iTunes
l) Does the problem appear with every single download, or only some of them?
m) If it appears with only some of them, what do those downloads have in common? Are the names really long? the names arent long and I cant get any of them in library
n) If it appears with all of them, try downloading some files that have very short names. Does it still fail? yes

o) Do you have any Anti Virus or Firewall programs running? no
p) If so, can you disable them and try running LimeWire again?

I can't get my songs from "'user's LimeWire Tunes" to the iTunes Library! Help
