Default Not Happy With LimeWire

I can see now that I've wasted my money on downloading this program. It does nothing but frustrate and anger me. It takes days if not at all for programs to download. I recommended this to my friends but have now had to appologize and wish that I had never purchased it. It's obviously not the money, it's the principle that you advertise LimeWire as the software to have, when in fact, it is inadaquate and a total waste of time.

Blar blar blar .... exactly where does LW advertise? They don't have the money to advertise!!! I think you've been taken by one of these scam sites right? How much did you pay for LW? See: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=28751

If you have a problem then why not tell us so you can receive help rather than coming here just to blar blar off about what you think. I've very happily used LW for many years. As have many people. Considering the no. of people who downld it every single week, there's not too many disappointed people out there.

Or did you just come here to flame?

Perhaps you don't understand what p2p really is!

It does not take me more than a day to download a 700MB movie. And programs shouldn't be as large...

Greetings I'm fairly new to LimeWire and it normally takes me less than a day to download a movie also. It also depends On how many hosts have the file and there conection speed. There are a lot of variables in how long it will take to download a file. I have been extremely happy with LimeWire's performance. As has been said let the experts have more information if you are having a problem so that the issue may resolved don't just vent. It does appear though that you may have been scammed.
