![]() When people are downloading from me, my uploads page will say that an upload is complete even though it is only on 2% or so. If I sit and watch for awhile, some uploads that show "complete" will actually start uploading again, so I am never really sure if the person that is trying to get the file from me has actually received the entire file or not.
