Files in "Incomplete" folder downloadable I have many users downloading files from me that are incomplete ... and have been 'stuck' that way for several days. When these users catch up to my progress level, do they get a 100% complete (of my 77% successful download)? If so, I think that the 'Incomplete' folder should not be accessible for download by other users. |
Generally when people downld partial downlds it's only small parts of it (ie: some packets from you & some from others.) They'll usually be downlding it from many people. So it won't be reliant upon you specifically. If you 'really hate the concept' then go to your LW Tools>Options>Basic & untick the option for sharing partial files & press Apply. |
I can manage Tools->Options ... but there is no "Basic" menu item in 4.4.1. Only my 'completed' folder is listed, but there are twenty users downloading files that are only in the 'Incomplete' folder. :( |
Tools>options>uploads>basic>partial files>allow partial sharing, uncheck to disable this feature if that is what you want to do. |
