how to play films

hello iam new on here i have dowloaded two films but when i try to play the it says unrecognised format what do i need to play these movies

It sounds like you need codecs. Check out this link second to last post. It has a link for some codecs and a http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...=codecsplayer.
