Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

I don't know too many people who use firewalls for OSX. But if you want to you can enable it but allow LW to pass see instructions here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml

By the way, what sources were you downlding from? Were they T3 sources? See: T3 Spammers
