What I believe you may be talking about are fake, bogus, or spam files. This link gives some insight into this problem. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...highlight=spam

If you would truly like some better quality files. It would be a good idea to use the search (upper right) and type in - music quaility -

You will get some very good results on the subject.
