Why are audio tracks catagorized as 320kb actually only 128k when downloaded? What goes on?

Why so many `ghost` tracks, lack of auto resume & tracks which never complete but run endlessly (download)?

Why does limewire KEEP disconnecting me from my dial-up isp (despite having all other software configured correctly) ?

How are Babies made in zero gravity atmosphere?
