force ethernet results i am from india where cable speeds are a measly 30Kbps. however , i am connected via a LAN and somehow the results which are marked "ethernet" on my limewire search results are giving me whooping speeds upto 9 MBit/s . IS there any way i can maximise these results? i have noticed that all of the computers showing ethernet are 172.0.16.x which is more or less like my IP.. i guess we are on same LAN ? so how can i search for these computers specifically ? :-/ .. hope someone helps me.. |

You're right about the others being on the same ethernet LAN. I'm guessing your best bet will be to use the "What's New" search, and then to browse hosts from the results that are in Blue. Hope you are sharing lots too, and passing the word to others on your LAN to do the same. |
