% hanging % hanging
 

ok i have read about this in the forum b4 but i cant find it so i have made a new post (b4 a admin tells me to do a search):cool:

ok i have been downloading from limewire for some time now and i know my way round all the option and so on

but for the past 4 weeks my downloads have started to hang @ 98% even tho it says it downloadning fronm so many ppl its not movin @ all one file downloaded in 10 min till it hit 96% then it just sat there for 2 hours even tho the download speed was showing @ 20/27 kbs

i have limewire 6.2.0 pro
and using the up2 date java

its ok with mp3 files but anything else it just hangs there

WHY!!!!?

i have a cool and newish pc and loads of room on my drive

Well I've had this happen about 6 times. I paused the d/l did a manuel search for the file. When the file came up in the search results I highlighted the d/l and clicked resume. The d/l automaticly picked up where it left off and finished the d/l.

I don't know what caused it to happen, but that is how I finished the d/l.
