wmv 106.8KB/106.7KB - what are these?

Nearly every search on I do on LW results in these files coming back:
"same file name as I typed" wmv 106.8KB T1 connection
"same file name as I typed" wmv 106.8KB T1 connection

quite obviously they are not the files I am looking for and I assume they are fake. It would be nice to get hold of the range of ip addresses they eminate from to block them...

anyone got any ideas?
