Question Can you add files to download to the downloads.dat file?

I am using LW 4.6.0. My LW crashed, and upon loading it again, I get the message "cannot load old downloads." All the old download files were still in the Incomplete folder, but I noticed that the downloads.dat file had none of them in it.

Is there an easy way to list all my old downloads in the .dat file so that LW will reckognize them again? Or am I stuck with a bunch of incomplete files that can never become complete again?

Unfortunately, it's too late for me to have made a backup for the .dat file, but I will know better for next time.
