![]() some of the video clips I've downloaded won't play on real player or windows media, even when they've finished downloading. real player says some software is needed to play it, yet it can't download the software, and windows media says it's missing some codecs needed to play the video. is there a way to solve this problem or is there another player I can use to play those clips without having to go through all that? ![]() |

![]() I have almost the same problem with a few avi files I've downloaded recently. They do "play" in windows media - all you can hear is the sound, like it is one long mp3 file instead of a video. I tried playing the avi in Quicktime, but it apparenly doesn't play avi's. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks, Alexia |
