Default Cant Delete Incomplete Files

I have read threads about not being able to delete files from the Incomplete Folder.
Instructions were given on how to delete the files by going into the following destination and deleting the registry value.

Registry Editor
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
SystemFileAssociations
avi.
shellex
propertyhandler

I tried this. However, My files are MPEGs and my MPEG folder does not contain a propertyhandler folder. Just a ContextMenuHandlers Folder. So it didn't work. Is there anything else i can do?

Thanks

Either the files won't delete b/c they're being used by another program such as sharing by LW. Or, something worse. Either delete them after a restart with LW closed or use this: http://ask-leo.com/archives/000085.htm

Thanks for the advice, but that link didn't work. Also, I'm kinda computer handicapped so if you could maybe give me some brief instructions on what to do when i get there that would be awesome.

Thanks
Oh yeah. I tried to delete them in safe mode, no luck. Is there anyway i could delete them with explorer.exe stopped and then do it through the command prompt?

Default CRAP...

I think I have a bigger problem on my hands. The files don't show up on the browser when i use that DELINVFILE program. In fact, it's almost as if the files don't exist. The details list on the left hand side of the folder says the size, date modified, file type. But when I open up the properties from the file tab (can't do it by right clicking) the properties are completely blank.... ? If anyone could possibly point me in the right direction to get help with this problem, I'd appreciate.
Thanks

Default CRAP ...cont

It might help to mention that when i try to delete these files, nothing happens at all, Not even a message from windows saying that it can't be deleted. I can't modify them in anyway. It's like windows is just ignoring them.

Hmmm sounds like you may have spyware or malware on your comp.

Have you tried starting in safe mode and then tried to delete them that way?

Best of luck

I am unfamiliar with malware. If it is spyware, spybot wont get rid of it. I did try to delete them in safe mode.
If anyone is having the same problem, please post.
