http://www.glasgow-ky.com/epb/Online...Residential%20(RS-L) I just searched your ISP, above link. It is on a LAN network. This can effect speeds also. Depending on how many users are online using the network. You should also read the fine print in the service agreement. |

I think EPB has done something screwy, I also have there service and I cant connect to the Gnutella Servers. I contacted them about this and they said it is not blocked for downloads but is blocked from uploads. I don't know how they are doing this, but I'd say thats where the problem is. EPB says its either a problem on my end or the Gnutella Servers are down, but another person on EPB's service also said they cant connect with Limewire. Just another example of EPB's Great service... |
