basiclly my downloads are super slow like 15 mins a song

try one of the free songs from www.magnetmix.com

If you get good speeds from them, then the slow songs are because of the source.

all those songs need more sources

OK--your gnutella connection is being limited somehow. :(

Read the forum rules to see what kind of information people need to try and help you.

The problem could be with your XP setup, the way you connect to the internet (router, for example), or with your network administration (school, work, ISP).

Who is your Internet Service Provider?

Also don't forget your d/l speeds may be affected by the host's ability to u/l. for example if the u/l host is dialup.

I have DSL 1.5 MB/s d/l, 1.5 MB/s u/l, but if I connect to host or multiple host, and they are dialup(modem) my d/l speeds rarely get above 30 - 40 KB/s even with 8 hosts.
