Hi People

I usually dont have a problem with limewire, but i was wondering how come, When i download a file that has 8 or 9 hosts, why i only get dwonloads that are about 2-6KB/s? This doesn't happen all the time, but i was just wondering why this happens. I have...

DSL 384 Incoming, 128 Outgoing
