Why does it take forever to DL.
 

I Currently have limwire pro and a boadband internet connection. The reason i purchased pro was because the limewire site said that it was faster then kazza! For what ever reason i am not experiencing this!! If i try to download a song from someone with a T1 of higher connection i still end up waiting an hour to download a single song. My computer is a 2.8 gigahertz pentium 4 with hyper threading so i know that it is not my computer or my internet connection. If anyone could please help me that would be greatly appreciated. Oh and by the why i have my uploads turned off...does that have anything to do with it?
