Here are some potential hints:
Many MP3 players use a proprietary download program ... when you run that program on your PC with your MP3 player connected, you'll get a file list window, similar to a folder window for your hard drive, but it is a window onto your MP3 player's memory.
You can open the folder you're using for your LimeWire downloads, and then drag-and-drop file icons from there into your MP3-player window. Presto! Through the magic of point-click-cut-paste-drag-drop object orinted user interfaces, your files are then copied! Woo hoo!
This is a generic answer, I have no experience specifically with SonicStage or with any Sony MP3 player, but all the MP3 players that I've used work something like I've just described.
In LimeWire 4.8.x, you can use the Library tab, then select your Saved Files FOLDER, then use the handy Explore button to find and open the specific folder window for your downloaded files.
Do these hints help you?
