Unhappy Download speed has gone way down

Help anybody please!!
i have been using lime wire for a few months now and have always gotten good speeds from downloads.
since last week all my download speeds are between 1-5KB/s no matter what file i try to download and i used to get at least 50-100.
i have not chaned any settings in lime wire and have checked my internet connection speed and it is still normal.

If anybody could help me with this please.
Thanks to everybody

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire If you're downlding from Raza then that might be an issue. More often than not, they only offer 1-2 KB/s or so.

Hi inspired003. Your problem could be for many reasons. If your isp provider has not suddenly started filtering your use of LW, then it may be due to your set up. It could be a firewall, incorrectly configured modem/router that doesn't utilise UPnP, or the way you use LW.
