avi Help??? I have downloaded an avi file (a movie)... When I try to watch it I get 2 hours (give or take) of color bars... What am I missing. Obviously, I am new to this. Is there someone here willing to take a moment to teach me? |
looks like you might need to get the right codec or an alternate player. Check out this link. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ghlight=codecs Also find any post of ursula's she has a lot of useful links in here signature. |
nada... Nothing... Maybe it is only 2 plus hours of color bars... <sigh> Thanks for trying. |
Maybe you don't have the right codecs. Get GSpot (a free program) that will identify the codec that you might need Get GSpot.. it's free and it will tell you what you need to play a certain file.. just open the file in GSpot and it will tell you. Either that or you're trying to play PAL format when you're only set up to play ntsc. http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ |
