hey i downloaded a game with full stars and thid thing# was 75 the speed is 28kps shouldn't it be much faster and I disabled firewall ???help

Depends! If you re-search the topic you might be able to grab onto some more sources. If you're uplding then your results will improve but to upld you need to be properly configured with firewalls properly configured to allow LW full access: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml

Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image If it's True then that's good. If it's false then you have a firewall issue somewhere.
