Exclamation Can't connect to anything!!! ANYONE PLEASE!!!!!

Hey guys, i am a newbie to this. I bought the pro version as well as my girlfriend and a buddy. All of theirs were set with the same settings I have, they are downloading like mad. I can't even connect to anything, when I do my searches, i see tons of songs, files with 100 people and 4 star results I cannot connect to. I have port forwarded 6346, still nothing. My internet here isn't like a a cable or phone hook up. They bring it in almost like a satellite because I am in the country, but I used to use a different program e-mule and I used to get everything and anything, but now nothing. What am I doing wrong? I sent a couple of e-mails to limewire but no response, and I am legitimately a customer. My internet supplier told me that I can download all I want but I cannot allow very much in the way of uploading as it will slow his server down, but it tells me i am at turbocharged connection almost all of the time, I feel like I am getting nothing for what i paid for. Out of 40 searches, I connected to two, ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!! thanks

If you're uplding it helps but not necessary. You'll get better results though.
Can you give us a total desciption of your set up:
1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98)
2. What firewalls you have?
3. ram?
4. Hard Disk space available?
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.)
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)?
8. What version of Limewire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version.
9. Who is your isp provider?

10. Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False? If false there may be firewall issue.

Configure your firewall to give LW full access here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml
It's not recommended to use 2 firewall since they can interfere with each other.
