My anime downloads shake

Previously I used Kazaa Revolution as my p2p. I manily use my p2p for anime downloads and occasionally music. I downloaded 145 episodes of Inuyasha and not one of them shook. Then i got to 146 and the video is just messed up. Case of a bad file? I tried downloading it again. Same thing. I also downloaded 23 episodes of Full Metal Alchemist. Number 24 starting shaking. Downloaded it again. Same thing. Switched to LimeWire and tried downloading both of those again and they are both still shaking. I even downloaded FMA #25 and that shook too. I tried opening it in Windows Media Player 10, then the latest Real Player. I moved it from my computer to my laptop and tried watching it on there. However oddly enough .hack//SIGN does not shake. I don't understand why some of them shake and some of them don't. Nothing is working! I don't know if I don't have the right codex or what. Someone please help me! Is anyone having a similar problem?
