it wont 'verify content', it just freezes, how do I fix this
 

im trying to dl hour long episodes of a tv series and i have already managed several with no problem, however i am now getting a problem, when verifying the content after its finished dl'ing it will get to about 98% and then the whole of limewire just freezes, i dont know how to solve this, i seem to remember having this problem once before but cant remember how i fixed it, can anyone please help?!
