![]() As many of you may have read, there are rumors that the enormous number of corrupt files (especially for newer music) may be because certain companies are trying to spread fake mp3s through the network - thereby reducing the likelyhood someone will be able to download a legitimate version of the song. I've found blocking certain groups of hosts has helped *tremendously*. So, in Options->Filter->Hosts, I've blocked the following: 66.54.72.* 66.54.73.* 66.54.74.* 38.118.154.* 38.118.155.* 38.118.156.* You could obviously use a mask, since they all follow a very similar pattern, but I just don't want to block more then I need to. You'll get fewer results, but you'll be MUCH more likely to find a non-corrupt file, from what I've found so far. |
