upload help please
 

Hi. I have no idea of how to upload. I am using a MAC OSX. I just don't even know where to begin. Can someone please help me learn how to do this?

First, look at the Library Pane. Click on the Shared Folder. Those are the files you are sharing, which can be uploaded to others.

If you want to add more files, click the explore button.

This will show the folder in the Finder, and you can move more files to this folder, just as you would normally move files around on your computer.
