![]() Is this a .sit or a .zip file? If so, you need to expand the file before you can use it. On Mac, Stuffit Expander will do this. It is free & available at versiontracker.com. You didn't give many details, so I'm guessing that this is the problem. ![]() |

![]() Stuffit Expander should have created a folder with the same name as the file you downloaded. Find this folder (may be in your Documents or Applications folders) then try to open it. Again, I'm guessing because of a lack of information about your computer (Mac or PC) ? Operating system (Mac OS 9 or Windows ME) ? and the possibility the file may be for a platform other than yours. ![]() Hope this helps. ![]() |
