fatal error
 

cant start lime wire..comes up a fatal internal error..can anyone advise how to get around this problem..tried to uninstall and re install, but comes up with the same message

Try uninstalling Java using the Add/Remove control panel. Then reinstall but 1st downld the Java installer to your comp (don't install over the net!) With any luck this will fix it. Also try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire (see link to Java there also!)
