![]() To see your complete downlds, go to LW's Library window & select Saved Files folder & you should see the files to the right of it. To access them press the Explore button & this will open the folder up for you. As for not seeing your search results, I'm not sure. Can you see the top & bottom half of the window? Do you get search results? Sometimes only one half of the window will show if you press the small arrow buttons near the divide between the search results & the downld window. See these: 1. Drag corner of LW for resizing Two options: 1. Click on the small arrows on the LW main window. If that doesn't work click it the other arrow. 2. Drag the partition up or sideways; see examples here: Example A (click on link) & also Example B (click on link) * This might not apply to you but just check anyway! Can you give us a total desciption of your set up: 1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98) 2. What firewalls you have? 3. How much ram? 4. Hard Disk space available? 5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) 6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? 7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)? 8. What version of Limewire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. 9. Who is your isp provider? 10. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. |

![]() the resizing didn't work but thanks Here is some more information The search panel shows and when I type in a search term, the limewire lime spins but nothing comes up for results, and it doesn't have the tab that says the term with the number it finds in ( ). It worked yesterday fine. I just got LW two days ago I have Windows XP. I use dial up, Aol 9.0 Lime wire: 4:8:1 Java: 1:4:2 I'm trying to connect from home |

![]() When i see posts complaining about zero search results it's often due to their isp provider filtering their LW. I hope that isn't happening to you. You can try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire & see if that helps. If it worked ok yesterday but has only now been behaving oddly then it might be a corruption in the LW preferences. Oh by the way, did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); config instructions: Firewall configuration instructions |

![]() There's samples of how to find your preferences folder in the 1st link I gave you. Just search for & then delete .limewire but follow the directions. Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False? If false then you have something partially blocking LW. |
