![]() I'm a new Lime Wire basic user and I'm having a problem downloading Windows Media Audio/Video files. When I open the file I only get a screen with a sales pitch for 'WWW.EDIRECT.COM - Save up to 95% off retail prices and get a free Apple iPod . . . .' What am I doing to cause this problem??? |

![]() I know what you're talking about. You're not doing anything wrong. These 'ads' will appear for almost any search that you do and have had multiple downloads so normally appear at the top. Basicallt, I learnt to avoid all wma and wmv files especially if they're only around 100k because that's not a real file size of anything I'd want to to download, and I know it's likely to be one of these advertisements. Hope that helps. Jenni. |
