Cannot Restart Downloads?
 

Ok, so I had quite a few downloads that were almost complete, but then I restarted LimeWire and a message came up saying something like: "LimeWire could not restart your downloads", and my download section was empty. I looked in my "Incomplete" file and the video files are all there.. just not completed yet. So how can I get these files downloading again?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This Is The Third Time I am Having The DAMN " Sorry, Could Not Restart Your Downloads " msg and the whole download list is cleared ... any solutions plz ? atleast something which could save the trouble of adding those files to limewire's list !

Set your downlds LW menu Tools>Options>Saving & set incomplete files for 999 days & press Apply button.

Make sure LW is fully closed before you shutdown your comp. This might mean going to task manager (ctrl+alt+del) to find if they're still open, if yes then force it to close.

It might be an idea to backup your downld prefs once or 3 times a week if it happens regularly. Your incomplete downlds prefs are called download.dat & bak & found inside your incomplete folder. Don't attempt to re-add these prefs whilst LW is open!!!!
