no "shared" folder

i dont know what to do, i was trying to move a file into a different folder and then my one folder switched into two "shared" folders and then i clicked stop sharing on of of the folders and then they both disappeared and now all i have is an "incomplete" folder. maybe im just stupid but i cant for the life of me figure it out.
