and my downloads are maxing out at 1-2kB/s???

so if it came out "true" what do i do to fix that?

PS. my connection to Lime Wire wont stay on "Turbo Charged" it keeps dropping to Excellent - or Fair and poor at times...

"true" is what it should be; that's good!!!

Yeah 9 KB/s doesn't sound healthy if you have greater capability.

What settings do you have for downld under Tools>Options>Downlds & Tools>Options>Speed ?
