Okay, quick user guide!

I believe you mean share rather than submit, you will need to tell Limewire where the files you want to share are saved.
(Sorry if this is too basic, but you never know who this may help)

To do this, you need to:-
Select Tools and Options from the menu bar.
In the options widow you will find a side list, select Sharing
This will bring up a couple of options, the one we're intrested in is the Shared Directories box.
If you click on the Add button this will take you to a file selection window where you can select the folders you want to share (submit).

Repeat as required.
IMPORTANT When done click on Apply
