Hi,Christina here.I am having problems with video loads.Help me please.
 

Hi,I am new at downloading videos.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong or if I need something.
When I down load a video or video clip.(you know what kind)
Most of the time when I try to open it. A box pops up that says.
File could not open.File has a bad file name.Or sometjing like that.
I have only been able to watch 2 out of 50+. What am I doing wrong?
