I would be grateful for any assistance.

When I do a search the results show far more hits than are actually listed. For example the results may indicate 200 listings but only perhaps 25 or so are listed. How do I get access to the entire list of available results?

Count up the no.'s under the # column & they will add up to the total search results. The total search results is not only the files found but also the no. of sources found with those files.

If you click on any of the filters to the left of the results then this will only show the total that was not filtered out. eg: audio filter will only show audio files. Artist filter will only show items from that artist. You need to select (all) to show them all again.
