How do i get back my deleted files???

I deleted all my files and now i cant play any of my downloaded music. Is there any way to get them back without having to download them all over again?? Can somebody help me????

You will need a file recovery utility such as norton utilities. You can get a free one here: PC Inspector File Recovery (click on link)
