The Download Is Done But Won't Open...

I double click on it and a little window pops up and says "cannot open because of security reasons"

And is there ANYTHING I can do to fix it?

on all files or just this one only?

if all.., reply back,, if just one deleete and start again, must be corrupted .

download problems

After downloads are complete when I attemp to launch nothing happens. This ALWAYS happens. Help !!!!
