 black and white video I'm not a long time user, so I have no idea why my screen is black and white when viewing downloaded video now?!?! I checked all defaults with windows media player, but I got no positive response after working with it for a few minutes. Am I a dufus? Help me turn the color on!  |

 Sounds like a CODEC issue. Get xtra codecs & also get a backup player just in case such as VLC. See the Sticky in this section for links.  |
