 Are my D/L's suppose to go this SLOW?! I have a modem, and I'm usually conntected at 31.2 kb/s.. but when I download anything it goes to a max of 3 kb/s.. Why does it go so slow? Shouldn't be at like 31.2? Or.. is that not how things work?  |

 You connect at 31.2 kb/s which means in kB/s a maximum of 3.9kB/s. 8kb/s = 1kB/s. edit: error
