Similar problems: Software was purchased on my daughter's screen name and log in. The java software downloads, but nothing else is available. When I try to go to support it does not recognize the log in name used. There is no other way to contact - very very lame!!!. My credit card was charges, so there is no hesitation to rip me off even if I don't have the product. There needs to be a way around support access as it exists.
